This staircase was totally transformed by our joiners. We have done several jobs for this customer near Cockermouth including a new kitchen and utility and sliding wardrobes in their bedroom. We were happy to be asked back to carry out further works to modernise their stairs. You can see these stairs were a very typical style of a 1980’s new build. The stairs, base rails, spindles, handrails and newel posts were all replaced on this job using Richard Burbidge parts from the Heritage Oak Stop Chamfer & Square range. The overall result was a success. As with many staircases they hold a central position to the house and as such connect together many rooms, having a big influence on the overall feel and style of the property. This staircase has totally transformed and modernised the space… very happy customers.
